Terms of Service

Welcome to KIS Living (the "Site," "Club," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing items from our shop, or utilizing our member and guest travel services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

A. Membership vs. Guest Pass Status

• Members: Membership is exclusive, by invitation only, and intended for the core network of friends and family of the administrator. Members receive priority access to timeshare bookings and inventory.
• Guests: Non-members ("Guests") are permitted to browse the Shop and access public "HOT Deals." Guest access to travel inventory is subject to a strict vetting process and final administrator approval.

B. Travel Bookings & "HOT Deals"

• Inventory Ownership: KIS Living facilitates the sharing of personally owned or managed timeshare intervals and curated travel ideas. We are not a commercial travel agency or a licensed hotel operator.
• Guest Certificates: Because bookings utilize private timeshare networks, finalized bookings will require the issuance of a "Guest Certificate" in the traveler's legal name. Guests agree to provide accurate, government-issued identification to facilitate this.
• Resort Rules: All travelers (Members and Guests) are strictly bound by the rules, bylaws, policies, and liability waivers of the underlying host resort where the stay occurs. Any fines, damage fees, or penalties incurred during a stay are the sole financial responsibility of the traveler.

C. Fee Transfers and Cancellations

• Maintenance & Transfer Fees: "HOT Deals" and member bookings are typically offered at-cost to cover maintenance fees, guest certificate fees, or administrative overhead.
• No-Refund Policy: Due to the strict, pre-paid nature of timeshare intervals and last-minute deals, all bookings are 100% non-refundable once confirmed. We highly recommend travelers purchase independent third-party travel insurance.

D. Use of the AI Travel Curator

• Our platform utilizes an automated, emergent AI system ("Travel Curator" or "Travel Genie") to assist with inquiries, itinerary suggestions, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
• While the AI strives for accuracy, KIS Living does not guarantee that all real-time local recommendations (e.g., restaurant hours, event schedules) are free from errors. Users should verify critical details independently.
